The Clark County Fair is the largest single-location annual community event held in the Vancouver/Portland Area. More than 267,000 people attended the 2024 Fair.
The 2025 Fair is scheduled for August 1 – 10, 2025.
If you are interested in becoming either a Commercial Vendor or a Food Vendor, please apply using the links below.

We do not have any food vendor openings for the 2025 Fair, however we'd love to receive your application for consideration if a food booth becomes available and for consideration for our year-round events.
