The Clark County Fair Association started the Scholarship Fund in 1988 with intent to provide funds to local 4-H, FFA and Open Class fair participants to attend a college, university, trade or vocational institution of their choice. Over the past 30 years, the Fund has distributed over $550,000 to more than 350 students. In 2020, the fund distributed $30,000 to 14 students.
