Briana Franklin was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington. She is 17-years-old and currently attending Legacy High School as a senior. Dan and Harmony Franklin are Briana’s parents and her biggest supporters. Briana has two horses, “Z” and “Copy.” Briana primarily rides “Z,” a bay American Quarter Horse. When she’s not riding “Z,” she climbs aboard “Copy,” a bay Appendix Quarter Horse. Briana currently uses both mares for Washington High School Equestrian Team, 4H, and Southwest Washington Paint Horse Club shows. Some favorite pastimes for Briana are spending time with friends and family, driving backroads and listening to music. Horse properties with barns and arenas are intriguing to Briana, drawing her into an interest in rural real estate.
Emily Livingston graduated from Hockinson High
School this year and is about to graduate from Clark College earning her Associates of Arts degree. She is starting school at Washington State University Vancouver this fall with goals of becoming a large animal veterinarian while pursuing ministry and pro-rodeo. Emily’s horse is an 18-year-old Quarter horse mix named Winnie. Together they have enjoyed being in Washington High School Equestrian Team, 4H, Northwest Youth Rodeo Association and National High School Rodeo Association. Emily’s parents are Brian and Carol. Outside of horses, Emily enjoys photography, fishing, and art. Something special about Emily is that she is very ambitious and loves to create goal boards to track her progress and successes.
