The Clark County Fair is the largest single-location annual community event held in the Portland/Vancouver area. More than 250,000 people attended the 2016 Fair! If you have something to sell, the Clark County Fair is the place to be.
Concessionaires and vendors from the previous year are given the first opportunity to renew their contracts. After returning contracts are in, new booth assignments are determined based on the applicant's product, and the best interest of the Fair and fairgoers. The Fair's goal is to provide a diverse showcase of quality goods and services.
To apply for the 2017 Clark County Fair, print a Commercial Vendor Application (right), fully complete the form and return to the Administration Office. Please keep in mind this is an application only and does not guarantee space. No payment should be submitted with this application. You will be contacted by the Administration Office regarding the status of your application.
