Super Shot Drop Tower photos

The world-class Super Shot Drop Tower is Butler Amusements’ newest acquisition. Unlike any other ride on our midway, the new Super Shot will bring a new dimension of thrills to carnival goers. 12 passengers are loaded into each circular passenger station. Over the shoulder harnesses secure patrons while they are gently lifted up the 90 foot tower. Once the passenger station reaches the top, it is released in an accelerated freefall and riders experience G-Forces in excess of 3½ times normal. Riders are then cushioned by a magnetic braking system stopping the station before it reaches the base of the tower.

Spin Out photos

The Spin Out is one of the most exciting, high energy rides on the midway. Made in England, it stands 45 feet high and has six 4-passenger seats.  Passengers sit in one of four seats on the outside edge of the ride.  As the Spin Out begins to rise, six sets of seats begin to spin.  Up, down and around, passengers thrill to the sight and feel of the Spin Out.  There are only a few Spin Outs traveling in United States carnivals.

1001 Nachts

Riders sit in stadium style seating on three rows and enjoy the free falling feeling as they are lifted into the air and brought down again as the giant boom arm attached to the platform moves about 360 degrees on a vertical axis.

Cliff Hanger

The Cliff Hanger is an unusual amusement ride where, instead of sitting, passengers lie horizontally within the frame of colorful gliders. After riders are buckled in, the ride begins to turn and then rises in the air for a thrilling, soaring sensation before gently gliding back to “Earth”.   

Evolution photo

When it comes to super spectacular rides, the biggest and the best is the Evolution! A circle of seats, with riders held fast by a unique restraint system, begins to rotate. At once the entire platform begins to rise to a height of over 150 feet. While the plaform continues to rotate the ride gently decends only to repeat the process.  Equipped with special effects of smoke and strobe lights, the Evolution is as exciting to watch as it is to ride!

Wacky Worm Coaster  photos

 The Wacky Worm coaster is designed for the whole family. This two level family roller coaster is a great way for the entire family to enjoy the carnival. This brightly painted worm, surrounded by flower cup lights, is a charming addition to the midway.

2005 Giant Slide

Giant Wheel  

 A towering tradition of Butler Amusements, the majestic Giant Wheel dominates the midway day and night, offering patrons a sweeping view from a height of nearly 100 feet! Passengers are seated in separate gondolas and then whisked smoothly over the top and down again, reminiscent of the ferris wheel. The Giant Wheel is a pleasant ride for the entire family.

Gravitron

The Gravitron will energize thrill seekers into the 21st century. Spinning at 24 RPM, Gravitron uses centrifugal force to float the passengers off the floor, giving them the feeling of weightlessness. Gravitron features capacity for 45 people.

Inverter 

The Inverter- lifts 50 riders in the air where the seats turn 360 degrees for over-the-top action. Up and down, the action repeats itself while passengers sit, secure within an over-the-shoulder restraint system. The Inverter is a one of a kind spectacular ride – only for the brave of heart.

Ring of Fire 

On the Ring of Fire passengers are firmly secured in their seats within a train of cars and are taken on a journey that ultimately sends them up and around within a ‘fireball’. The train pauses only once at the top before cascading down the track backwards! It provides a 60-foot diameter shower of lights. The Ring of Fire has 10 seats each holding 2 adults.

Zillerator

Zillerator- Up, down and around aboard a car for four, passengers enjoy the Zillerator coaster! The Zillerator will attract all thrill seekers, standing at 48 1/2 feet tall, it has 6 cars each capable of holding up to 4 people. A ride for teens and adults, the Zillerator sends riders on a thrilling trip over the tracks – curving, rising and descending – a journey for the bravest.

Thunderbolt  

 The Thunderbolt- is an exciting high - speed ride that travels on an undulating circular motion. The Thunderbolt features 18 self-loading 2 - 3 passenger seats to accommodate 36 adults or 54 children.

Energy Storm

The Energy Storm is a spectacular ride that takes 24 riders for the spin of their lives. Each bucket spins in the air, causing the rider to go upside down, while the main arms spin around to create another spinning sensation. The energy this ride creates is sure to thrill even the seasoned ride enthusiast.   

Yo-Yo 

Passengers take their seats and then slowly rise into the air and they’re off on a variation of the swing, called the Yo Yo. As it turns the top leans, giving riders the thrill of ‘flying’! A family ride for youngsters, teens and adults

Scooters 

A new innovation on a traditional ride, our Scooters are state-of-the-art. Riders, seated in their “cars” begin a trip over a rectangular floor, bumping and dodging other drivers in their way! Together with the thrill of the ride is a light show, TV videos visible around the center of the platform, music and more special effects at night!

Zipper 

The Zipper- is a favorite of both teens and young adults. While the ‘cages’ holding two passengers apiece rise and descend on a tower boom, each spins independently and the entire boom turns, too. Vertical spinning, turning motion is a true crowd- pleaser. Featuring 12 seats each capable of holding 2-3 passengers the Zipper is a must for all adventure seekers. Three times the action, backed by spectacular lighting bringing them back for more. The Zipper is an eye-catcher day or night.

Astroliner  

Century Carousel     

The Century Carousel, a family classic just got better! This 50 foot Americana Themed Carousel features 60 jumping horses, and 2 chariots. Parents and children create memories while they enjoy the sights and sounds of this beautiful ride together!

Splash N Crash 

Roadster

The Roadsters is an umbrella ride with mini classic cars to ride in. A kid’s first ride. The roadster travels in a 360 degree rotation with two small jumps.

Corvettes    

Eagle 16  

This 16-seat ferris wheel has eight front facing cars holding two riders in each.  It offers both a gentle ride around the 360-degree vertical circle and a thrilling view, as riders are lifted high above the ground and able to see for miles. 

Mardi Gras 

The Mardi Gras is a self-contained celebration of the famed New Orleans Holiday. Two stories of exciting mirror mazes, moving escalators, music and lights combine for thrills, inside and out – day or night!

Super Slide  

 Kids of any age enjoy the thrill of our Slides as they sail down the undulating path. Passengers climb a stairway, higher and higher to the top of the slide and then laugh and squeal with delight as they sail to the bottom.

Tilt-A-Whirl

An old favorite that has thrilled and excited patrons for generations, the Tilt-A-Whirl is a fast ride for teens and adults. Separate cars rotate individually as the entire ride revolves up, down and around! 

Hard Rock Palace

What do you get when you mix Rock N Roll with a funhouse? The Hard Rock Palace. A unique, themed, two story Fun House with three –dimensional front. The Hard Rock Palace features all the characteristic Fun house tricks including the Wave Floor, Shuffling Stairs and traditional Barrel. Children and adults laugh their way through the maze of obstacles while listening to their favorite rock n roll hits

Scrambler

The Scrambler still remains a family favorite. The Scrambler has three arms, each with four revolving seats for a total of 12 seats each seat capable of holding 3 people. The Scrambler has Deluxe Lighting, programmed incandescent “Ultra Lights.”

Tornado  

The Tornado is a thrilling ride that is enjoyed by children, teens and families of all types. The Tornado has 8 cars and holds 4 passengers per car. The passengers spin the cars themselves. The Tornado lifts 7 ½ feet into the air and tilts 20 degrees.

Airport 8   

The Airport 8 is a great ride for the whole family! These jet fighters have a small steering wheel that allows the children to maneuver the ride up and down as if they are the ones flying the jet through the air.

Bear Affair 

The Bear Affair is a family oriented ride. Featuring 4 “Bears” each capable of holding 4 adults or 5 children. Children and adults alike enjoy riding the Bear Affair.

Demolition Derby

Kids and adults alike share the excitement of the Demolition Derby! The thrill of an actual car race is brought to life on this ride designed for small fairgoers and their parents! The gentle turns are just right and so is the exciting scenery, depicting the fun of a real Demolition Derby.

Ghost Party   

Lolli Swings

Kids love candy and the Lolli Swing is no exception. This brightly colored ride has 16 swings decorated with large swirl lollipops and lights. The centerpiece is a large clown complete with a red nose and floppy shoes. Parents and children ride together so the view of the midway while flying through the air can be experienced together.

Looney Tooter   

The Looney Tooter Train is a family oriented ride.All aboard for a fun-filled train trip for the whole family in brightly colored cars. Passengers board the train at station and then with merry music and bright scenery, the gentle journey begins around a circular track. Beautifully crafted with a cartoon theme, The Looney Tooter Train will hold up to 4 children or 2 adults in each of the four beautifully crafted cars.

Shrek

Everyone’s favorite Ogre now has his own themed ride! Shrek the ride is sure to be an all time favorite! Shrek features walk through punching bags, a cargo net climb, covered super slide and many more features will keep the littlest of visitors wanting to come back for more.

Roadster

The Roadster is an umbrella ride with mini trucks to ride in. A kid’s first ride. The Roadster travels in a 360 degree rotation.

Orient Express

The Orient Express is a tyke size coaster. The oriental themed dragon holds two children in each of its segmented body. Hold on tight while coasting along the track with exhilarating dips and the wind in your hair. This is a perfect first timer coaster ride.
