CHEESECAKE CONTEST

All participants receive a free milk shake from the Dairy Women booth!
When: Friday, August 1 at 2:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS: 1/2 Cake Only
1. All entries must use only real dairy products. No imitations such as margarine, cool whip, etc.
2. All entires must be accompanied by a detailed recipe (ingredients, amounts, steps).
3. Obtain an exhibitor number from the Premium & Awards Office prior to entering your cheesecake.
4. All entries become the property of the Clark County Dairy Women.
5. All entries must be entered during these times:
Thursday, July 31 from Noon-5 pm
Friday, August 1 from 8-9 am
6. Entries will be judged for premium points at 2:00 pm on August 1.
(First 6 pts, Second 4 pts, Third 2 pts).
7. Entries will be judged at 4:00 pm on August 1 for taste by local personalities for cash prizes.
